Books on Sunday #1

This is a combined post for two memes, Showcase Sunday by Vicki @ Books, Biscuits and Tea and Stacking Shelves by reviewers @ Tynga's Reviews. The main idea is similar and very simple - show to the world what books you got/received/borrowed/bought over the week.

There it is! My pile of pretty books. My copy of Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare finally came in the mail - I'm terrified to actually start reading it since it's last in the series and I don't want TID to end. I just don't. Then there's it the fourth book in Covenant series - Apollyon by Jennifer L. Armentrout. I love this series way more than Lux, but I'm not sure how to feel about the way some characters (khem, Seth, khem) turned out in the last book, so I'm putting this one off for awhile too. The Eternity Cure by Julie Kagawa. No words to describe how much I loved the first in series - how she created a completely new and mesmerizing world and kept my interest all through 500 pages. Yep, amazing. The Madman's Daughter by Megan Shepard is one of the debut book of 2013 I looked the most forward too - the cover of the hardcover version, the synopsis, the premise. It all sounds so promising. Can't wait to dig in! And then last but not least, Love Irresistibly by Julie James, fourth in series of contemporary romance book about FBI agents and hot shot lawyers. Funny, interesting and steamy.

Feel free to link up your memes and don't forget to check out the brand new giveaway and get a chance to win a book of your choice from TBD! (:

Enjoy the week!

    1. The prettiest and the best too! :D I only have this one left in TDI and I've read the first three of TMI. ^^ Love them all!
Oh, the readathon. I'm still deciding if I should participate or not. I have a big night planned on Friday and I'll probably come home on Saturday morning... so that makes a very sleep cranky me who won't be able to read a page. (: But there's Bout of Books coming up in three weeks so yaaay for that! :D
